Online exchange policy:

During the 3-day period, please contact our online customer service by calling us at (+97477761788) or sending a message via Instagram or Email, and inform them which products you would like to exchange. Please provide all requested details to the customer service representative. In this case, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee and price difference (if there is one).

It is allowed to open the order in the presence of the representative and confirmation of the product and color requested. If you do not wish to receive the order, it will be delivered to the representative and you will only be charged the shipping fee. If you would like a replacement or exchange, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp or via a message on our social media channels regarding the requested return.
